Since the reign of Prime Minister Pierre Trudeau, who was an ardent devotee of Plato’s concept of “philosopher-kings”, Canada’s courts have been able to make, change, and strike down laws—without consulting our elected representatives. The result has been corruption of justice, and degradation of constitutional democracy.

RoadKillRadio’s Drive for Justice takes a specific, factual case—which embodies and proves these distortions—and uses it as an anvil on which to forge policy instruments that will enable civil Canadians to reclaim their government and their courts.
